At MyHome we have taken a number of steps to make sure that we can work in an environmentally responsible way.

We have researched and developed a set of cleaning products that are GECA approved – GECA’s ecolabel on our products provides an independent tick that our products are better for the environment and reduce their impact on human health.

Our vehicles are currently small and fuel efficient and because we schedule our cleaning routes effectively, it means they do the minimum mileage. Once electric vehicles become viable and as more electricity is generated from renewable sources, we will switch our fleet over to, once again, reduce our carbon footprint.


MyHome takes social responsibility seriously.

All staff are MyHome employees (we never use sub-contractors) so that our team members can have job security. We are also diligent in paying them appropriately and make super contributions in full and in a timely manner.

We believe our customers want to engage service providers who do the right thing by their team and aren’t underpaying or short-changing them in any way. We believe in investing in the training, development and wellbeing of our amazing team.

MyHome currently supports two charities – The Starlight Foundation and Sacred Heart Mission. We believe in giving back and are actively involved in helping these organisations to serve the community.


MyHome has fine-tuned its systems to be supremely confident that, if followed, our franchise partners will be successful. We have indicators in place that will tell us if our partners may need additional support and training.

By operating a franchised business in Australia, we are obliged to work within the Franchise Code of Conduct and MyHome is committed to being fully compliant.

MyHome uses the services of external advisors to make sure that we are providing the best systems, have independent views on critical elements such as HR and legals, and take the overall view that we must be able to exceed minimum standards and excel at everything we do.
