Money matters

The franchise fee includes your full training programme and even your accommodation throughout the initial training! Plus, you’ll get ongoing support through systems, support and advisors included too.

A Myhome franchise is a work-from-home model, so you have the flexibility to run your business from where you choose.

You’ll need to meet your team daily, and be able to visit clients regularly. However, all the day-to-day running can be done from a home office.

Of course, as your business grows, you may decide to move into commercial premises, but there will never be any pressure to do this. It’s your business, so it’s your choice.

If that’s what you’d like to do, of course, that’s fine. We generally recommend starting from a home office to keep overheads down, however, it’s your choice.

We’ll need to factor these overhead costs into your business plan, so just let us know when we get together and we’ll help you plan everything.

Personal Support

Yes, we want you to get the best out of your business, so having a solid business plan is critical. We’ll provide you with all the information you need to successfully run and promote your franchise.

You will receive ongoing technical and managerial support through our support team, along with regular visits.

This high level of support and guidance is one of the reasons our franchisees, and our franchise, is so successful, and one of the reasons we’re one of the best options in the franchise market.

You should take a holiday before launching your business. When you are starting out, you’ll need to focus your time and efforts on getting the business up and running – and our easy-to-implement systems will help with this.

However, once your business is up and running, you’ll be able to take holidays again. All calls can be diverted to our call centre, where the team will make appointments and take bookings, so your business will continue to run while you enjoy your break.

Of course, we would encourage this. By talking to our operating franchisees, it will give you a better understanding of what your life as a Myhome franchisee will be like, and make sure this opportunity is right for you.

Management

You’ll have your own territory. Each territory has been created to include the optimal number of households that fit into the Myhome target profile. This will give you ample opportunity to grow a successful and sustainable business.

Your employees will come from several places, for example, ads and referrals from other employees.

But don’t worry about it, your training will include this. We’ll show you a step-by-step process that will take you through creating the job adverts, conducting the interviews, and the hiring process, so you can get the absolute best employees.

We’ll also show you how to use bonuses and incentives to help motivate and retain your best employees.

All of your staff members will be fully employed by you.

There is nothing to be concerned about though. Your training course will cover everything you need to know about people management, so you’ll be confident with recruitment, contracts and how to manage your staff.

The Other Stuff

All of our products and equipment have been carefully selected based on both their effectiveness and safety. We don’t use any toxic or environmentally damaging products.

You’ll be given full details about all of the products and equipment in your Health and Safety Manual.

A Myhome franchise can be managed by one or two people.

If you are operating on your own, you’ll probably find you need to promote one of your employees to a managerial/supervisor role as your business grows.

We want you to give your business the best possible start, so you will need to commit to it on a full-time basis. The Myhome franchise doesn’t work as a part-time model.
